Fighting Carbine

 Level 1 - $250/Person 

 

The Tactical Carbine: Basic course is designed to give the marksman the foundational knowledge to be able to safely, accurately, and efficiently shoot the AR firearm platform. The course covers a variety of topics, to include: disassembly/assembly, zeroing (sighting in) the firearm, using the sling, marksmanship, and firearm handling.

Course Duration

  • Friday Night - 4hrs
  • Saturday Range - 8hrs

Course Requirements

  • Ear and Eye Protection
  • Ammunition (250 rounds for Defensive Pistol: Basic course)
  • Proper Attire (i.e. Pants, Shirt, Jacket, Hat, Boots/Tennis Shoes, and Gloves)
  • Firearm (Pistols Shooting Only Pistol Caliber Cartridges)
  • Holster
  • Magazine Pouches
  • Firearm Cleaning Kit
  • Optional But Advisable: Sunscreen, Water, Snacks, Camping Chair, and Other Creature Comforts

Course Prerequisites

  •  Able to legally carry a firearm
